Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Trophy Body Fitness
 

Effective Date: 6-24-25

At Trophy Body Fitness, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all services, memberships, digital products, and subscriptions. By purchasing or enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
 

No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Personal training sessions

  • Fitness coaching subscriptions

  • Digital fitness programs

  • Nutritional guidance services

  • Lifestyle consulting packages

Once you complete your purchase or sign a service agreement, you waive the right to any refunds under this policy.
 

Exception: Medical Clearance

Refunds or service suspensions may only be granted in the following circumstance:

  • Documented Medical Condition: A physician’s written notice is required, explicitly stating that you are unable to continue participating in fitness or physical activities. Trophy Body Fitness reserves the sole right to review and approve such cases.

We may offer a partial refund, credit, or service hold at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
 

Policy Enforcement

This refund policy is compliant with the consumer protection guidelines of the State of New Mexico and is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
